Must-Haves for Relaxation at Home

Zen Board

This creative Buddha Board magical canvas allows you to appreciate the moment as you draw with water. When the water evaporates, you have a fresh new canvas to draw on for relaxation and meditation at home.

Doodling with Buddha Board will help reduce your stress. Journal of the American Art Therapy Association reports that people who doodle or perform any free-form art end up with much reduced Cortisol – or stress hormones.

The Buddha Board is a mess-free temporary painting board that is environmentally friendly, and requires no ink, no paint, and no chemicals. Simply add water to your brush and paint on the surface – and your creation will come to life in bold design. As the water slowly evaporates, your art magically disappears leaving you with a brand new canvas each time and endless creative options.

Exercise Videos

Whether you opt to purchase a game console exercise routine, a DVD, or follow along with someone on YouTube, using exercise videos at home can help you relax while boosting happiness. I personally love having Amazon Prime Video. This allows me to take advantage of all those free videos I have available to me through the app.

Himalayan Salt Lamp

A subtle light like this Himalayan salt lamp will put your mind at ease and help you relax at home by keeping minimal light as the salt lamp helps to remove negative ions. When the Himalayan salt  lamp is lit, it gives off what might be called a primordial glow, one part sunset, one part molten lava. This helps create a light source this is known to be calming.

Meditation Apps

There are many mediation apps available to help you relax at home, but the most popular meditation apps for relaxation are Headspace, The Mindfulness App, and Calm.

Scalp Massager

Relax away all of your stress with a scalp massager. This is a must-have product! Those little “fingers” really help you relax and decompress from a busy work week.

Acupuncture Mat

Get some acupuncture relief at home for relaxation. There’s nothing like acupuncture to get your stress lowered, but it can get expensive. This acupuncture mat helps you relax at home for less money. It also very well may help some aches and pains.

Pedicure Spa

Investing in the ultimate must-haves for relaxation at home will be well worth the money spent. There are many ways people incorporate relaxation time at home into their busy schedules. It’s much easier to relax at home than it is to try to schedule a spa day or acupuncture appointment around everything else you have going on in your life. These must-have products will help you make the most of your relaxation time at home.
