Rogue One Event

Finally, the embargo is lifted and I can share all the details of my last press trip of 2016. I am heading to San Francisco this morning to cover the Rogue One Event.

Follow along and see all I can share beginning tonight at Skywalker Ranch where we will get to screen 28 minutes of ROGUE ONE footage. Ahhh, I couldn’t be more excited!

Skywalker Ranch is a treat, and to celebrate the next Star Wars film being release, we will hang for a bit at the press reception. Last time I was there was for the Strange Magic Event when we got to interview George Lucas.

Tomorrow we start early at the ROGUE ONE press junket at Lucasfilm HQ, where we will begin the morning screening two “Star Wars Rebels” episodes that loosely tie into ROGUE ONE. Then we will be interviewing cast and movie makers that bring Star Wars to life.

Then we will have interviews with Diego Luna (“Cassian”), Riz Ahmed (“Bodhi”), Director Gareth Edwards, Felicity Jones (“Jyn”), Ben Mendelsohn (“Krennic”) , Donnie Yen (“Chirrut”), Alan Tudyk (“K2SO”), Mads Mikkelsen (“Galen”)  along with “Star Wars Rebels” Executive Producer Dave Filoni.

We will then have the opportunity to tour Lucasfilm HQ / Letterman Digital and New Media Arts Center (LDAC), which come on – how cool is that? I can’t wait to get a pic at this famous Yoda fountain.

Happy Birthday, Walt Disney!

Walt Disney Family Musuem

#MickeyRacersEvent / #PinocchioBluray / #Waltagram

On our final day we get to visit one of my most favorite places in San Francisco, the Walt Disney Family Museum. And what better day could we be there other than on Walt Disney’s birthday? While there we will screen the premiere episode of “Mickey and the Roadster Racers” followed by a Q&A with Producers Rob LaDuca & Mark Seidenberg.

We will then have a Walt Disney’s birthday celebration presentation followed by a guided walk-through of the “Wish Upon a Star: The Art of Pinocchio” exhibit.

It’s a very quick, yet packed trip. And as a Star Wars fan, you don’t want to miss any of the fun. So make sure to follow along!
