Yoplait Whips! Key Lime Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Tis the season for flip flops and sunglasses.  As the weather gets warmer I know I tend to think twice about what I am about to eat, for living in the Sunshine State, it’s inevitable that I will be basking by a body of water sooner rather than later.  Over the weekend I had my first day down at the lake.  And wouldn’t you know, when I went food shopping at Publix yesterday, I couldn’t help but notice my cart was proof that summer is on my mind.  With plenty of fruit and a stack of Yoplait Greek 100 Whips!, I was subconsciously already looking for better foods to eat.  Grateful that I was able to load up with so many different great Yogurt Snack flavors like Key Lime, Boston Creme, Peach, Strawberry and even Coconut.

Living in Florida makes this time of year awesome when it comes to fresh strawberries.  And lucky for us, we got some delicious fresh ones during a recent strawberry festival.  So we have an over abundance of frozen strawberries and so what better to make than a smoothie.  I thought about which Whipped Greek Yogurt I’d like to try first in a smoothie, and for me, it really wasn’t a hard choice.

Yoplait Whips! Key Lime Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This may be one of the easiest recipes to share.  And can really be used with any of the Yoplait Greek Whips! flavors.

I used one of the Key Lime Yoplait Greek 100 Whips!, about 1/4 of frozen strawberries and just enough vanilla flavored almond milk to help it mix, so maybe 2-3 table spoons.

The combinations of the flavors really makes this the perfect summer smoothie.  And it’s such a light and healthy snack that not only I will be drinking, but so will my whole family.
