Green Smoothie

After watching Cowspiracy, I am now doing the 21 day meatless challenge and because of that, Paris has said she’d share some recipes and here’s the first.  Looks kinda delicious! ~Tara

Green Smoothie:

Coconut milk, ice, pineapple, spinach, and banana.  Blend it in my faithful Vitamixblender and straight to my cells.  A delicious fix for breakfast, snack, or post work out.

Vegan Thought:  Be careful to not make comparisons that are apples to oranges.  Don’t just think about calcium when you think of drinking a milk alternative.  Focus on things such as its higher niacin content, which translates to more energy!
